Hello all my actifit and hives friends..
Day by day summer heat is vanishing and days are getting cool..
Today the temperature was good but humidity was very high..

Today i covered 5.5 km in 55 min with a pace of 9.4 kmph..
I am improvingm daily count and i am happy to cross first time the landmark of 18k plus steps.. it a really wonderful day..
